The problem

Tender hunting by hand costs more than it looks

Most bid teams still open every portal, every day, and copy what they find into spreadsheets. The work is slow, repetitive and easy to get wrong.

Too many portals

  • 10+ federal, provincial and corporate portals to check
  • Different logins, layouts and search filters
  • Tender notices arriving by email as well

Missed deadlines

  • Relevant tenders spotted after they close
  • Closing dates tracked from memory
  • No early warning when time is short

Wasted staff hours

  • Skilled people searching instead of bidding
  • Irrelevant tenders read in full
  • The same work repeated every morning

Scattered data

  • Tenders spread across inboxes and sheets
  • No single view for management
  • Nothing flows into the ERP or CRM

FAQ

Questions about TenderIQ

Which tender portals does TenderIQ monitor?

In Pakistan, TenderIQ currently monitors EPADS (with secure vendor login), PPRA EPMS, NBP, KPPRA, Punjab, Balochistan, Gilgit-Baltistan, AJK and NEPRA, plus tender notification emails such as SAP Ariba. Sindh PPRA, UAE government portals, UK Contracts Finder and US SAM.gov are on the roadmap.

Can TenderIQ add tender portals from my country?

Yes. New portals are added as connectors. Tell us which government, state or corporate portals you bid on, and we will confirm how they can be covered.

How does the AI filtering work?

Each new tender is read by an AI model and compared with your services, categories and keywords. Relevant tenders are kept and logged; unrelated ones are filtered out, so your team only reviews what matters.

Does TenderIQ integrate with my ERP or CRM?

Yes. TenderIQ can push relevant tenders to your ERP or CRM through its API, as well as to a live Google Sheet. Integration is part of the custom enterprise setup.

Is my portal login data safe?

Credentials are stored encrypted and used only by the automation. With the on-premise option, everything runs on your own machine, so logins and tender data stay inside your network.

How fast are tender alerts sent?

Portals are checked on a regular schedule around the clock, and an email alert goes to your team as soon as a relevant tender is found in a check.

How long does setup take?

It depends on the number of portals, logins and integrations. We confirm a timeline after a short call about your portals and workflow.

Can I customise the keywords and categories?

Yes. You choose the keywords, categories and services that count as relevant, and they can be changed at any time.
